I’m Javion Whetstone—a mother to 11 beautiful children, a certified holistic doula, and a guide for families navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Having given birth naturally 11 times, I know firsthand the courage, resilience, and tenderness that birth requires. My own experiences—both joyful and challenging—fueled my passion to become a doula and advocate for women, ensuring every family has a voice in their birth journey.
Over the years, I’ve supported over 20 families, including high-risk pregnancies and clients navigating perinatal mood disorders. I’m trained in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-friendly care, and I approach every birth with consent, compassion, and nervous-system awareness. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make the choices that are right for you.
Every family deserves support that honors their story and their needs. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this incredible journey—helping you feel confident, grounded, and cared for every step of the way.
Tailored packages for every pregnancy experience—standard, high-risk, vaginal, or cesarean. Each package includes prenatal preparation, labor support, and postpartum guidance. Sibling support and additional postpartum hours available.

A doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I do not replace medical providers; my role centers comfort, informed decision-making, emotional safety, and advocacy.
Midwives and OBs provide medical care. As a doula, I do not perform medical tasks or give medical advice. I focus on emotional support, communication, consent, and helping clients feel heard and respected.
Yes. I support families in hospital, birth center, and home birth settings. My care is focused on how you are supported, not where you give birth.
Yes. I have experience supporting families navigating high-risk pregnancies. While I do not provide medical care, I offer steady emotional support and help clients prepare for informed conversations with their providers.
Prenatal visits include education, emotional support, and preparation at your pace. We discuss birth preferences, coping techniques, partner support, expectations, and any concerns or fears.
Yes. I am trained in recognizing and supporting perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). Support includes emotional validation, grounding techniques, and encouragement to seek additional professional support when needed.
Yes. I am completing certification in working with neurodivergent clients. Support may include clear communication, predictable structure, sensory considerations, slower pacing, and flexible approaches based on individual needs.
When labor begins, we stay in communication. I provide early labor guidance and join you in person during active labor, offering continuous, consent-based emotional and physical support.
All support is consent-based. Touch is never assumed. Preferences are discussed ahead of time and checked throughout labor. Comfort can always be provided without physical touch.
I support partners by offering guidance, reassurance, and practical ways to stay involved without taking their place. This often helps partners feel more confident and present.
Birth can be unpredictable. My role is to support you, not a specific outcome. I help clients process information, maintain consent, and feel emotionally supported if plans change.
Yes. Consent is ongoing and can change at any time. Your preferences are respected without pressure, guilt, or explanation.
Yes. Postpartum support may include emotional processing, newborn care education, support with mood changes, and compassionate guidance during the adjustment period.
You can hire a doula at any point in pregnancy, though many families choose to book early to ensure availability. Support later in pregnancy is still very beneficial.
Yes. Flexible payment options are available and can be discussed during your consultation.
The first step is scheduling a consultation. This allows us to connect, discuss your needs, and ensure the support feels aligned and safe.
